Sexuality and equality education in childhood: gender sensitivity, cultural sensitivity, self-reliance, positivity Body awareness education: promoting positive body self-esteem and body image, promoting the development of self-esteem, respecting individuality Safety education: sexual rights of children and young people, setting one's own boundaries and respecting others and promoting sexual safety, friendship and socializing skills, responsibility for one's own and one's partner's sexual well-being, prevention of sexual harassment and sexual violence Diversity and equality: diversity of gender and sexuality in childhood and early adolescence, promotion of equality and gender equality
Learning outcomes
Purpose of the course After attending the study course, you have developed your expertise and pedagogical skills regarding the sexual and equality education of children and young people. Objectives of the course The student understands the central concepts and approaches of sexuality and equality education. The student knows how to plan, implement and evaluate sexual and equality education for children and young people. The student knows how to develop his own expertise as a sexuality and equality educator.
