Description
The core content of the course includes change trends in working life, situations and challenges related to changes in working life and work itself, and changing practices of working life. The course also covers management of work ability in a changing working life, new forms of work, and renewing competences.
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is acquiring basic competence relating to changes in working life and work ability.

Intended learning outcome:
Operating in a workplace: You are able to describe changes in working life and work and factors that affect them. You identify factors and situations through which changes in working life affect work ability and its changes.
Assessment of needs and possibilities for rehabilitation: You are able to apply your knowledge of changes in rehabilitation work aiming to maintain practical work ability.
