Description
The core content of the course includes drawing up an appropriate vocational rehabilitation plan and understanding the stepwise process of individual vocational rehabilitation and its measures.
Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is acquiring basic competence in drawing up an appropriate plan for vocational rehabilitation.

Intended learning outcome:
Assessment of needs and possibilities for rehabilitation: You are able to describe individual and work environment level factors that promote and undermine work ability. You understand the threat of loss of work ability and know the practical measures that can influence this threat.
Operating in a workplace: You are able to describe the activities of multiprofessional teams and the actors’ roles in vocational rehabilitation. You can apply the information produced by the team to practice.
Rehabilitation planning: You know how to draw up an appropriate vocational rehabilitation plan together with the employee (rehabilitee). You are able to take sustainable individual solutions into account in the plan and guide and advise the employee and the employer in the different phases of the rehabilitation process. You know how to justify the contents of the plan expertly, put it into practice and monitor its implementation appropriately. You know how to motivate the employee and strengthen their agency.
Description of prerequisites
Competence related to the service system of vocational rehabilitation, its areas, the legislation governing the activities, and social security during the rehabilitation period.
