Kuvaus
In this course you will get to familiarize yourself with key concepts of health and related phenomena. You will learn about key concepts of health promotion and about national and international strategies for health promotion. You will get to know the recommendations for healthy nutrition and physical activity.
Osaamistavoitteet
In this course you will learn the basics of health promotion. The goals are that you can define health and health promotion, you are aware of health promotion at global level, and that you know basic elements of health promoting diet and physical activity.
